How AI Solutions processes the personal data of website visitors and what can be done with that data at your request.

2. What data we collect and why

3. Analytics and on-page session recording

The websites use two tools:

Yandex Metrica (YANDEX LLC) — visit statistics, including Session Replay (Webvisor), click maps and scroll maps. Terms of use: Yandex policy; you can opt out using the Metrica opt-out tool.
WaveReplay — our own session recording service. The data is stored on our servers in Russia and is not shared with third parties.

What exactly is recorded. Both tools save the sequence of actions on the page: navigation, clicks, scrolling, errors. The contents of input fields are not saved — only the fact that input occurred is recorded. We do not request passwords or payment details on our websites.

4. Cookies

Cookies are used to distinguish a returning visit from a new one so that the same person is not counted several times. You can disable them in your browser settings — the website will keep working, but the statistics will be less accurate.

5. How long we keep data

Requests — up to three years from the last contact, after which we delete or anonymize them.
Analytics data — up to 15 months.
If you withdraw your consent, we delete your request within 30 days, except where the law requires documents to be kept longer.

6. Who we share data with

We do not sell data or share it with third parties for their own purposes. Data may be processed by Yandex Metrica (as described above) and by the hosting provider whose servers run the websites. Where required by law, data may be disclosed to authorized government authorities.

7. Your rights

You may request information about the processing of your data, its correction, blocking or destruction, and you may withdraw your consent. Simply email info@aisolus.ru describing your request — we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with the response, you have the right to file a complaint with Roskomnadzor.

8. Security

Only employees who need access for their work can access requests. Data transmitted between your browser and the website is protected by encryption (HTTPS).
