Pricing policy

This pricing policy sets out the principles and procedure for determining the price of software whose rights holder is AI SOLUTIONS LLC (TIN (INN) 6500027812, OGRN 1256500006388).
The list of software covered by this pricing policy is given in Section 2.
2. List of software
The rights holder of all software listed is AI SOLUTIONS LLC, TIN (INN) 6500027812, OGRN 1256500006388.

The price of the right of use is determined individually for each customer request in accordance with Sections 4 and 5 and is fixed in the license agreement. The price is subject to VAT at 20%.
3. Distribution model
The software is provided for a fee under a license agreement on the terms of a simple (non-exclusive) license. The software is not distributed free of charge, nor is it distributed under an open license.
4. Pricing principle
The price of the right to use the software is determined individually for each customer request. No standard price list applies: the scope of delivery, the number of deployment sites and the volume of work vary significantly from project to project.
The unit of calculation is one license for one software module for one deployment site for a term of 12 (twelve) months. Reduction factors and discounts are applied to the calculation, including for:
- pilot and demonstration deployments;
- multi-site deliveries (2 or more deployment sites);
- participation in government programs, public procurement and grant-funded projects;
- deliveries to educational and social institutions;
- simultaneous purchase of several software modules;
- renewal of a previously concluded license agreement.
The final price is fixed in the license agreement.
5. Procedure for determining the final price
The final price is determined individually at the customer's request, taking into account the following criteria:

Calculation formula:
Factor values are determined by the rights holder for each request based on criteria 5.1–5.7 and are fixed in the commercial proposal. The final price offer is issued by the rights holder in writing (commercial proposal) at the customer's request.
6. Validity of the pricing policy
This pricing policy is effective from June 30, 2026 and applies until a new version is approved.
